(Just Like) Starting Over

It might sound weird, but John Lennon’s “(Just Like) Starting Over” was playing again and again in my head this weekend because that’s how I felt about what I was doing: taking the time to be with myself (not with my “Darling”) for positive changes. I didn’t fly away – I stayed home with this wonderful guide:

I won’t take the “all or nothing” approach. I will regularly review how I’m doing, evaluate what’s working and what’s not, and make adjustments. My motto for this year is “Stop perfecting. Start bettering.
